TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Storage Fees
Packages must be collected within 14 days of notification.
A storage fee of 150JMD per package, per day will apply starting day 15.
2. Uncollected Packages
Any package not collected within 60 days of arrival notification
will be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated, or destroyed
without further notice or refund.
3. Notification Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to track notifications and collect
packages on time. Reminders may be sent but are not guaranteed.
4. No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages or accrued storage fees.
5. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will
be notified of material changes.
